My batting gloves have something in them that hurts my left hand thumb?

i have the rawlings workhorse 1050T and inside in between my pointer finger and my thumb there is a little ball like a knot that bothers me when i swing, if i cut it im pretty sure the glove will fall apart. I tried rubbing some cocoa butter on it to soften it up maybe it will but idk what to do because these are really great gloves otherwise.

i know same happened to me[different gloves] i bought new ones
